  I went there today while on a visit with my daughter which I only see once a month or I would have addressed this then. I came in around 11:30 they were kinda busy I herd Tammy ask an assistant manager to do something and the assistant was very rude. 20 min later I gave my order and paid then ask for ranch the general manager then gripped at the cashier, who was the only pleasant person working, for not ringing up the ranch. 10 min later we go our cold burgers and cold fries. And tried to enjoy our meal only to hear the general manager gripping about having to do her job. Horrible experience won't be going back. However the cashier Kona was awesome.

  Had the worst meal ever. Fish sandwich had no taste. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and tasteless. Onion rings tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. Nothing had a fresh, just cooked look or taste. Will never go back.
